This perfectly perched home in the Oakland Hills was a rebuild after the fires in 1991. As you can see in the pictures, what was probably contemporary at the time was long overdue for a remodel. The kitchen maintained its shape but was upgraded with the best of the best, including a Sub-Zero fridge, Watermark fixtures and a Viking range. The owners wanted to take advantage of their bay and bridge views, so we installed Panoramic doors opening out onto their new tiled deck, which uses rectified 18"x18" tiles. Glass railings completed the vision.
